HISTORY OF OUR PRACTICE

Dr. Robert Borgholthaus established our practice in 1958 when he came to live in Mountain Home. He was a solo practitioner and served Elmore and Owyhee Counties for many years.
When Dr. Nathan Price joined the practice in 1996 our name changed to Elmore County Eyecare and we moved to our current location early in 1997. A few years later, Dr. Jeffrey Gibbons joined the practice and Dr. Borgholthaus took the opportunity to retire. Dr. Price and Dr. Gibbons worked to build the practice together until they invited Dr. Kyle Kenison to join them in 2014. Over the years our practice has grown, but all of us at Elmore County Eyecare still love living in Mountain Home and serving the wonderful people throughout Southern Idaho. |
